Breakthrough KAIZEN™ 2. Prerequisites KCM201.2.This course aims at how to prepare, conduct and close KAIZEN™ Event going through A# Thinking, Event Closing and Value Review methodologies. The course also includes an overview of the CI Program Management Tools.


This KAIZEN™ course introduces the participants to the powerful tool of Value Stream Design, understanding and designing business processes throughout the whole organization while improving the skills to eliminate waste and increase quality. Sharing of best practices and practical exercises will deepen the understanding of the course content.


Foundations for Managers. This course introduces the importance and principals of CI as well as success cases of KAIZEN™ Change Model(KCM) Implementation. One of the main goals is to reinforce the importance of management commitment and desirable behaviours to maintain a culture of CI.


KAIZEN™ Yellow Belt Certification is a 4 day program that will provide participants with the basic Lean training needed to begin building a Continuous Improvement culture. The program covers an Introduction to Lean and Continuous Improvement, Lean Culture and provides instruction on how to use Lean tools such as PDCA, The Seven Wastes for offices and plants, Standard Work, 5S, Fish bones and 5W's, and Business Process Mapping. The session finishes up with sessions on how to practically apply the techniques to your workplace.
