US Lean Sensei wins Global Award
Kaizen Institute North America is happy to announce that Christian Wolcott was chosen as "Consultant of the Year" at the Kaizen Annual Awards Ceremony held in Calgary, Canada earlier this month. Christian has been chosen out of a group of over 400 consultants for the award.
Christian joined Kaizen Institute US in 2009, since then he has led many prestigious and successful Lean projects including such clients as:
- JFK Airport
- Saskatchewan Ministry of Justice
Christian's outstanding knowledge of Lean Practices, and his excellent coaching and training skills allow him to reach and relate to people at all levels of an organization has put him in a great position to help his clients reach their productivity goals.
Christian has also been instrumental in the overhaul of the Kaizen Institute Japan Tours and has been the host consultant for Gemba tours within the US and Japan.

We're happy to announce that Carlos Paez will be joining Kaizen Institute USA on July 4th. Carlos is joining us after a long successful career in Continuous Improvement with such companies as McCain Foods, PACTIV Corporation, Excelsior Manufacturing and Supply, and Toyoda Machinery. Carlos holds a Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt, an MBA from Northern Illinois University, and a BS in Industrial Technology.
