Kaizen is way to engage everybody in making small improvements every day. Kaizen activity aims to provide better products and services to customers while making the work more enjoyable for people. This is done by agreeing on common definitions of value and waste, from the point of view of our customers. Kaizen is a methodology that enables people to use low-cost, common-sense ideas to reduce waste, thereby lower cost, improving quality and increasing happiness.
