"We never stop learning and neither should you."
KAIZEN College is the training and development arm of the KAIZEN Institute. The College’s primary function is to provide continuing professional development to KAIZEN professionals at every level of an organization.
It provides students with lean knowledge and information about new and innovative improvement tools for the workplace.
KAIZEN College courses are attended by people who are new to the key concepts of lean and need an introductory course; by people who have a grasp of lean but who feel they need a refresher course; by experienced practitioners who want to take their knowledge of KAIZEN to the next level; and by lean experts who want to take our ‘master classes’.
We also conduct one-day seminars meant to introduce students to lean tools and principles. Held in various places around the globe, students can learn about the techniques and processes of KAIZEN, listen to case studies and the results achieved by guest speakers who have implemented lean in their organizations. We’ll introduce ourselves to you and answer any questions about KAIZEN that you may have.
We also run seminars that show people and companies in non-manufacturing sectors how they can use Lean and Continuous Improvement strategies to achieve their business objectives. Whether you want the benefit of our expertise as trainers or our experience as coaches to help you actively change your organization for the better, our commitment to you is to leave you with an enterprise that, like us, is getting better all the time
