Coursework at this level is primarily designed for the engineer or supervisor who deals directly with Gemba, or value adding part of the company. The Manager or Engineer who is responsible for the supervisors of gemba as well as those responsible for the overall implementation of KAIZEN practices in the company are also required to take these courses on their journey to becoming successful KAIZEN Coaches and ultimately, KAIZEN Managers.

Upon completion of the 3 Practitioner level courses and providing evidence that costs equivalent to College have been saved through project completion and course content has been mastered, the participant will receive “KAIZEN Practitioner” Certification.

Individuals responsible for the overall implementation of KAIZEN practices within their company are also required to take these courses on their journey to becoming successful KAIZEN Managers.

Upon completion of the 5 Coach level steps and providing evidence that costs equivalent to College are saved through project completion and course content has been mastered, participant is bestowed the “KAIZEN Coach” Certification.
