KAIZEN Manager
As driving force behind the improvement process the KAIZEN Manager is essential in larger organizations. We provide him with the expertise. The qualification program is divided into three levels of competence. Theory and practice go hand in hand in the training from KAIZEN Practitioner to KAIZEN Coach to KAIZEN Manager

And the costs?
The admission to the KAIZEN Manager exam requires that the candidate has visited the necessary seminars and applied the acquired knowledge. The savings from the measures deployed have to correspond to the cost of the training to become KAIZEN Manager. In practice savings are often even higher. That means: the qualification program is cost neutral for the organization or can bring profits!
